Yes. Basic mechanic access is free forever \u2014 create your profile, get FAA verified, browse jobs, and apply directly at no cost. Basic has some limits (application count, no direct messaging with contractors). The optional Pro upgrade ($5/month, with a 30-day free trial) unlocks unlimited applications, direct messaging with contractors, smart job matching, and priority placement. You never have to upgrade \u2014 Basic works forever.
What counts as a "job posting" for contractors?▼
One active listing on the site counts as one posting. You can take down a listing and put up a new one anytime within your limit. There's no limit on how many applications you receive or how many mechanics you hire from each posting.
Do you charge a commission when I hire someone?▼
No. Zero. Nothing. You pay the flat monthly subscription. Once you hire a mechanic through AeroRobust, that relationship is yours — we take no percentage of their pay, no placement fee, no ongoing cut. That's the whole point of this platform.
Can I cancel at any time?▼
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You keep access through the end of your billing period and your account reverts to Basic (free) after that. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
What happens if I need more than 10 job postings?▼
