Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AeroRobust platform. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using AeroRobust, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

01
Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AeroRobust at aerorobust.ai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using AeroRobust on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms, and "you" refers to both you and that entity.

These terms were last updated January 1, 2026. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect.

02
The Platform

AeroRobust is an online marketplace that connects FAA certified aviation mechanics and IA inspectors with contractors, MROs, airlines, and repair stations. We provide tools for credential verification, job posting, job searching, and professional networking within the aviation maintenance industry.

AeroRobust is a marketplace platform, not an employer. We do not employ mechanics, guarantee job placements, guarantee hiring outcomes, or act as a staffing agency. Any employment or contract relationship formed through the platform is exclusively between the mechanic and the contractor.

03
User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of AeroRobust. When creating your account you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your information as needed
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Not create more than one account per person or entity

AeroRobust reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, inaccurate, or misleading information, or that violate these terms.

04
Mechanic Rules & Responsibilities

As a mechanic using AeroRobust, you agree to the following:

  • Accurate credentials: All FAA certificate numbers, license types, and certification information you submit must be genuine, current, and belonging to you. Submitting false or borrowed credentials is a violation of these terms and may constitute fraud.
  • Current information: You are responsible for keeping your profile up to date including availability, location, and skill set.
  • Professional conduct: You agree to interact with contractors in a professional manner and to honor commitments made through the platform.
  • Subscription payment: After your free trial period ends, continued use of the platform requires an active paid subscription of $5/month. Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in limited access to platform features.
  • One account: You may maintain only one mechanic account on the platform.
  • No false applications: You agree not to apply for jobs you are not qualified for or that you have no genuine intention of accepting.
05
Contractor Rules & Responsibilities

As a contractor using AeroRobust, you agree to the following:

  • Accurate job postings: All job listings must accurately describe the role, compensation, location, requirements, and working conditions. Misleading or fraudulent job postings are strictly prohibited.
  • Real opportunities: You may only post genuine job openings that you have authority to fill. Ghost listings posted to collect resumes without intent to hire are prohibited.
  • Pay transparency: Pay rates displayed on your job listings must reflect the actual compensation offered to hired mechanics.
  • Mechanic privacy: Mechanic contact information accessed through the platform may only be used for legitimate hiring purposes. You may not resell, share, or use mechanic data for marketing or any non-hiring purpose.
  • Compliance with law: All job postings and hiring practices must comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws including anti-discrimination laws.
  • Plan limits: You agree to operate within the job posting limits of your current subscription plan (2 for Basic, 10 for Pro, unlimited for Premium).
  • Background check compliance: If background checks are required for a position, you are responsible for ensuring your process complies with the FCRA and applicable state laws.
06
FAA Verification

Important: Submitting false FAA credentials on AeroRobust may constitute fraud under federal law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into fraudulent credential submissions.

AeroRobust's FAA verification system cross-references submitted certificate numbers with the publicly available FAA Airmen Inquiry database. By submitting your credentials you:

  • Confirm the certificate number belongs to you and is currently valid
  • Authorize AeroRobust to query the FAA Airmen database using your certificate number
  • Authorize AeroRobust to re-verify your credentials every 14 days for the duration of your account
  • Acknowledge that your verification status will be visible to contractors on the platform
  • Understand that if your certificate lapses, expires, or is revoked, your verified status will be removed

AeroRobust's verification is for informational purposes only. See our FAA Disclaimer for full details on the scope and limitations of our verification system.

07
Payments & Subscriptions

Mechanic subscriptions: Mechanics pay $5/month after a free 30-day trial. Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Contractor subscriptions: Contractors may choose from Basic (Free), Pro ($79/month), or Premium ($149/month) plans. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time.

  • Billing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize AeroRobust to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access through the end of your billing period.
  • Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before increasing subscription prices. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. Access to paid features may be restricted until payment is resolved.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes on your subscription.
08

The following actions are strictly prohibited on AeroRobust:

  • Submitting false, fabricated, or borrowed FAA credentials
  • Posting fraudulent, misleading, or non-existent job listings
  • Using another user's account or impersonating another person or entity
  • Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data from the platform
  • Using mechanic contact data for spam, marketing, or non-hiring purposes
  • Attempting to circumvent platform security, authentication, or access controls
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code

AeroRobust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of employment opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days subject to legal retention requirements.

AeroRobust reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time with or without notice if we determine that you have violated these terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.

14
